We all enjoyed starting our days with the delicious coffee and filling breakfast. The staff, including Aurora and Susana, were exceptionally professional and accommodating, making the mornings a pleasure for our family of five.

My kids wished for a bigger swimming pool area.

There’s no pool at this hotel, which can be a bummer during warm weather. Checking in took around 25 minutes, which seemed excessive given the time of day. The location is along a busy highway, making it difficult to explore the area on foot—traffic noise could be heard from the room, especially early in the morning.

The city view from my Superior King Room was breathtaking, especially during sunset. I enjoyed the comfort of the bed, which made for a good night's rest. The 24-hour reception made late check-ins convenient, which I appreciated.
